Primary Suite (1st Floor): A spacious 12' x 24' retreat with a king bed and full-size futon, ideal for parents with a young child or guests who want extra room to unwind. Includes a private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom Two (1st Floor): A queen bed and futon with quick access to the kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor kitchen. A great option for couples or teens who want their own space while staying connected to the main living areas.

Loft Bedroom (2nd Floor): A bright, private space with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. The staircase has a cozy, tucked feel on the way up. Once inside, the bedroom and bathroom are full height. Teens and shorter adults claim it as their favorite room every time.

We offer self check-in via a private code sent prior to your arrival.
We have two security cameras at the front of the house facing the street and a doorbell camera to provide you with security and peace of mind while staying at our home.

The pool is heated to 76 degrees free of charge. Additional pool heat (up to 84 degrees) is available upon request for $25/day during your stay.
A 24-hour notice is required and heat may not be available if the air temperature drops below 60 degrees.

Important: For everyone's security, we use Truvi for identity verification. A quick and easy step for guests.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
